Tristano di Robilant (b. 1964, London) is an Italian-American artist living and working between Umbria and Venice.  He graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz, where he was greatly influenced by the lectures of architectural historian and critic Reyner Banham (1922-1988).

The artist is best known for his glass and ceramic sculptures. Creating harmonious, delicately balanced forms with irregular translucent surfaces, the works interact with light for a mesmerizing result.

Di Robilant has had solo exhibitions in institutions such as the Museum of Contemporary Art, San Diego, California (2016); the Museum of Palazzo Mocenigo, Venice (2017); and Musinf, Senigallia, Italy (2018).  His work is in public and private collections including the Sol LeWitt Collection in Hartford, Connecticut; the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo, New York; the MAXXI Museum in Rome; and the Museo del Vetro in Murano. In 2020, Bonhams awarded di Robilant the Special Recognition Prize for Venice Glass Week.
