On the occasion of the exhibtion Manuscripts, Cuban-American artist Cesar Santos speaks about his artistic influences and intuitive approach to painting.
Manuscripts opened in New York in autumn 2024, before moving to London in spring 2025. It will be the artist's first solo exhibition in the United Kingdom, offering an encounter with his captivating and organic approach to abstraction.
In this video, Santos shares how his work draws upon his life experiences from Cuba and the United States, as well as from nature and the Old Masters.
