SUNNEVA ÁSA WEISSHAPPEL

In this video, the Icelandic artist Sunneva Ása Weisshappel talks about the exhibition of her works at R+V's New York gallery, titled Odd Girl Out. 

Featuring an interview with the artist and exclusive footage in her studio, the video reveals the inspirations behind the works and explores themes in the exhibition, including adolescent female relationships, girlhood hierarchies, and the yearning desire to fit in.
